What would be the most efficient design to bring the most weapons to bear and present the least target area in a three dimensional omni-directional battlefield? The answer is to make a four pointed star and tip it with ball turret guns. With a minimal amount of rotation this ship can get all guns to bear on any attacker. At worst it can always get three of it's four guns on target. By placing power and other critical systems in four redundant wings, if any wing is disabled the ship can still function.
