This page is a world map of the Society for Creative Anachronism circa 1986. It was made for the Middle Kingdom's Great Booke, a master work created by several volunteer artisans. This book is a thick, large format medieval book of the ceremonies of the SCA Middle Kingdom, all hand calligraphed, illuminated, and bound in wood with a leather spine. The map shows all of the kingdoms in the SCA at that time. For you non-SCA people, the explanation is that we have a very large medieval history society and the main regional chapters are divided into territories called kingdoms.
